A GREAT YEAR
2008 was a great year at Village Square and we know that 2009 is going to be even better. Thank you to all our wonderful residents who take pride in our community and make it outstanding. Your adherence to the rules and polices of the property, and being good neighbors are very much appreciated. Thank you. Happy New Year!
JANUARY NOTES AND REMINDERS
Congratulations to the winners of our Christmas Decorating Contest. Village Square was beautiful for the holidays, and we thank all who participated. It’s time now to undo, so please have all your decorations tucked away by January 15th.
Are you keeping those New Year resolutions? We certainly hope so. They are all important, but probably one of the most important ones you can make is to get to know your neighbors. Make an effort to introduce yourself to people who live in our community and enjoy the rewards of having new friends..
Watch your step. The weather has really been up and down this year. We go from mild to very cold. If freezing weather occurs, you will certainly want to be careful when out and about and use extra caution on the stairs.
Did Santa bring a new pet to your home? If so, you need to let the Manager know so you can complete a Pet Addendum, and pay the required pet deposit. It would also be wise, as well, to review the pet rules and policies.
Moving? We certainly hope not, but if circumstances make it necessary for you to relocate, please remember that a 30 day written notice with a forwarding address prior to move out is required.
January is National Blood Donor Month. What better way to start the New Year than giving the Gift of Life.
